My Public Speaking Journey

Where It All Began

Back in the 1980s, I received special training in public speaking, and over the years, I’ve steadily refined my speaking skills bit by bit. This early foundation helped me build confidence and improve my communication abilities, setting the stage for everything that followed.

Discovering Toastmasters

In 2008, I was introduced to Toastmasters, and I was absolutely thrilled by how organized their meetings were. The feedback, the impromptu speeches, and the evaluations really helped me grow as a speaker!

Joining Multiple Clubs

I enjoyed the club meetings so much that I ended up joining three separate Toastmasters clubs in Geneva at the same time! Before long, I qualified as a Competent Communicator, a milestone that marked my progress as a public speaker.

Staying Connected

Since then, I’ve kept in touch with local Toastmasters clubs, occasionally visiting when I can. It’s always a great experience to stay connected with the community and continue improving my skills.

Speaking at Conferences

Throughout my journey, I’ve had the honor of speaking at some truly amazing conferences, on big stages, and in front of incredible audiences. Pro Bono Speaking for NGOs

If you’re an NGO or a non-profit, I’d love to offer my services pro bono—all I ask is that you cover travel and per diem. There’s no fee for the speaking engagement itself. It’s always a pleasure to contribute to a good cause!
